REFUND, RESCHEDULING, PERSONAL ITEM(S) POLICY

Amazing Head Spa and Beauty Has A Refund And Rescheduling Policy To Ensure Transparent Communication And Fair Treatment For All Parties Involved. We Strive To Provide All Customers With A Relaxing And Rejuvenating Experience.

1. DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:

If An Appointment Is Cancelled 48 Hours BEFORE To The Scheduled Time, A Refund Will Be Issued. No Refunds Will Be Given For Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours Or For No-Shows. Deposits Will Be Refunded Via The Payment Method Used For The Initial Booking.

2. RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Rescheduling DOES NOT reschedule all of your bookings, each must be moved individually. If you have MULTIPLE bookings, you MUST VERIFY your email after you’ve made an account to be able to see all of your bookings. An email verification will be sent to your inbox/spam email folder. You can always reach out to us via email/text/call and have someone help with the rescheduling for you. Rescheduling requests can be accommodated if made AT LEAST 48 hours before the original appointment time and are subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment cannot be rescheduled.

3. NO-SHOW POLICY:

A Strict No-Show Policy Is Implemented, Requiring Clients To Cancel Or Reschedule Appointments At Least 48 Hours In Advance. Being Over 15-Minutes Late From The Appointment Time Is Considered A No-Show, And No Refunds Are Given.

4. Personal Belonging(s)/Item(s)

Amazing Head Spa and Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen property. To protect your personal items, we request that you leave valuables at home. Wear clothing that you are comfortable changing in and out of for your appointment. We offer guest tube tops (mainly for women) at Amazingheadspa for your comfort, and they are laundered after each wearing. Amazing Head Spa and Beauty cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing or accessories, nor for any missing or damaged valuables (especially earrings & jewelry). If items must be brought along, we advise all clients to stow them away in their purses, pockets, or any safe secure places at the start of the session. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Notice:

Amazing Head Spa and Beauty advises customers to arrive 10-15 minutes before their appointment time. All customers should review the refund, rescheduling, and personal item(s) policy before making any bookings or cancellations. GIFT CARD & GIFT CERTIFICATE & MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the issuance, usage, and redemption of gift cards/certificates/ membership within our organization. This policy aims to ensure transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction in the process of gift card/certificate /membership management.

Definitions: Gift Card/Certificate/ Membership : A prepaid instrument, issued by our organization, that can be exchanged for goods or services of an equivalent value.

Issuance of Gift Card/Certificates/ Membership Gift cards /certificates/ membership may be issued by our organization through authorized channels such as our official website, physical stores, or approved third-party vendors.
Gift card/certificates/ membership may be sold at face value or at a discounted rate, as determined by our organization.
The recipient’s name and amount must be clearly indicated on each gift card/certificate/ membership along with an expiration date, if applicable.

Usage of Gift Card/Certificates/ Membership
Gift card/ certificates/ membership must be presented at the time of purchase to be eligible for redemption.
Gift card/ certificates/ membership can be used as payment towards any eligible goods or services available through our organization.

Partial redemption of the gift card/certificate/ membership is allowed, and any remaining balance can be used for future purchases, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Expiration of Gift Card/Certificates/ Membership
– If applicable, gift cards/certificates/ membership may have an expiration date stated on them.
– It is our organization’s responsibility to clearly communicate the expiration policy to customers at the time of purchase.
– In the event of an expired gift card/certificate/ membership, the organization may consider extending the expiration date on a case-by-case basis, under exceptional circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card/Certificate/ Membership
Our organization assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen gift card/ certificates/ membership
Owners of lost or stolen gift card/certificates/ membership may request a replacement, subject to verification of the original purchase and provided that the gift card/certificates/ membership has not been redeemed. We reserve the right to request the cardholder to present a driver’s license.

Refunds and Returns: Gift card/certificates/ membership are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law.

Compliance with Applicable Laws: Our organization shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing the issuance, usage, and redemption of gift certificates, including but not limited to consumer protection laws and tax regulations.

Amendments to the Policy: This policy may be amended or updated as deemed necessary by our organization, with proper communication and notification to all stakeholders involved.

Policy Acknowledgement: By issuing, purchasing, or redeeming a gift card/certificate/ membership, individuals acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions as stated in this policy.
